<p>We are looking for a skilled, passionate and experienced butcher who is ready to take responsibility for our fresh meat department at EUROSPAR Moa in Ålesund, Norway.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate combines traditional butchery skills with leadership abilities, commercial understanding and a genuine passion for quality meat.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications and personal qualities:</strong></p>

<p>Professional experience as a butcher, preferably in a supermarket or retail meat department.</p>

<p>Strong knowledge of meat cutting, preparation, presentation and quality control.</p>
</li><li>
<p>Experience in leading or supervising a team, or the ambition to develop into a leadership position.</p>

<p>Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and quality standards.</p>

<p>A passion for customer service and sharing knowledge about meat and cooking.</p>

<p>Ability to work independently, take responsibility and motivate colleagues.</p>

<p>Good communication skills in English. Willingness to learn Norwegian is an advantage.</p>
