<h3><strong>Your Role</strong></h3>
<p>As a <strong>Production Team Member</strong> at InnovaMar, you’ll be at the core of our operations, contributing to the harvesting and processing of premium salmon. Your tasks will include manual cutting, packing, sorting, and preparation. Work shifts alternate between day and evening, offering flexibility and balance.</p>
<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul><li>Experience in salmon or food production is an advantage, but not required.</li><li>Good communication skills in English or Norwegian.</li><li>Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to provide a valid background check from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authorities - Clean Criminal records(we assist with info).</li><li><strong>VALID EU PASSPORT OR NORWEGIAN PERMANENT RESIDENCY/ WORK PERMIT</strong> (mandatory).</li><li><strong>Driving license is essential</strong> – living on Frøya requires personal responsibility for transportation. For permanent relocation, you should have the opportunity to purchase a car.</li></ul>
